Hassle-Free Returns and Refunds
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Specific health and personal care items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process (if applicable):
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a certain timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank for any processing delays.
  4. If you’ve followed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us, and we will assist you.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping:
To initiate a return, email us first, and we will provide instructions for returning your product.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over €35, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
